During delivery, Bumbox does not keep track of the contents of your parcel, and so we can’t assist on the claim while it is en-route to a Bumbox station.


We recommend keeping track of your shipments and using the tracking information provided by your delivery company to identify what’s been delivered.


Please contact the delivery company or the retailer for claims regarding the contents of the parcel. We can assist you in providing information to help you with the claim.
