The Bumbox Stations are built of steel and sensors are mounted on each locker to detect intrusion. We use mechanical locks that are resilient and stressed tested. Attempts to tamper with the station will sound off an alarm and push an alert to our backend system. If the power fails, all locker doors will remain shut. The Bumbox Station will restart when the power is restored.
