Not to worry! You can extend the storage days you require and make payment through your Bumbox account. Please refer to the next solution for details on Bumbox storage charges.

If your parcel is not collected within 72 hours after the collection date expires, we may remove your parcel from the Bumbox stations and securely store it our main warehouse.

If you have not picked up a parcel after 21 days, Bumbox will classify the parcel as a "lost and found" item.


Please contact customer support by opening a ticket if your parcel has been removed from a Bumbox station by our staff.
