How do I retrieve a parcel from a Bumbox Station? Print

You may retrieve a parcel stored in a Bumbox Station following these steps,

1) Identify if your parcel is in the station. This would come in the form of an SMS to your phone and the Bumbox app will reflect the information on your phone.

2) Using the phone app, progress through to the payment page where there is a "Tap here when collecting" button at the bottom. This will generate a QR code.

3) Bring this QR code to the Bumbox Station and follow the steps for "Collection"

4) Scan your QR code and proceed to the next page where you can select "Collect" next to your parcel details.

5) Retrieve your parcel from the machine.
